STOUFFVILLE PEACE FESTIVAL – TODAY

2PM:   Peace Plaque unveiling ceremony across from MCC Care and Share Thrift Shop

4- 6PM:  The Peace Panel at Parkview Village Auditorium

2PM:   Come and sing as part of our community's witness for peace! As part of the Stouffville Peace Festival weekend, there will be a ceremony at the gazebo by the creek on Main St. Stouffville, unveiling the "peace plaque." Imagine a large group of Mennonites, Brethren-in-Christ, Quakers, and others who wish to participate - all gathering and raising our voices in song, in a positive witness for peace in our community! We will be gathering at 1:15pm in front of the Care and Share Thrift Shop to go over two hymns ("Dona Nobis Pacem" and "For the Healing of the Nations") that we will sing as part of the 2pm event. Your voice is needed - please join us!
